Changes in PlantDataManager

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

This chapter describes the workflow if changes made by PlantDataManager exist which haven been imported yet. It also checks if there are Not-Placed Objects (NPOs) which haven't been imported yet (see Not-Placed Objects).

If you create a report PlantReporter checks if there are changes made by PlantDataManager which have not been imported yet into your drawings. If you create any P&ID report, PlantReporter checks if there are changes for P&ID objects in PlantDataManager's Data Cache. The same applies to changes for 3D objects when creating a 3D report (e.g. a BOM).

After you click on "Print/Export" PlantReporter checks if there are data in the PlantDataManager data cache and if so shows the following dialog:

Changes in PlantDataManager 001

You can click on "Create Report" which created a report without considering the changes. If you clock on "Cancel" the creation of the report will terminate.
