This chapter lists the workflows and how the files of the PropertiesPalette (shared with PlantExpressTools) are handled within PlantDataManager in a Collaboration (BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud) environment.

If you open the PropertiesPalette Settings Dialog the following files are handled:

1.PropertiesPaletteConfiguration.xml => CHECKED OUT

2.PlantToolsSetup.xml => CHECKED OUT

If you close the PlantExpressTools Settings Dialog the following files are handled:

1.PropertiesPaletteConfiguration.xml => CHECKED IN

2.PlantToolsSetup.xml => CHECKED IN
