This chapter lists the workflows when updating Acquisitions in a Collaboration (BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud) environment.
The Update Acquisitions function has no configuration file, but the behavior differs when using Collaboration projects.
Update Acquisitions in Project
When updating all Acquisitions in the project, every drawing has to be checked out, updated, saved & closed, and checked in. In a Non-BIM project the Acquisitions can be updated without opening the drawings.
Drawings which are opened by other users cannot be updated. At the end of the process a dialog will appear with a link to the log file. In the log file you will see which drawings couldn't be updated.
