This chapter describes the main user interface of the Calculation function.
The user interface shows you the project at the top. Below that you have the following buttons:

Description |
---|---|
New |
This allows you to create a new Calculation (e.g., Calculate simple Example). |
Edit |
This allows you to edit an existing Calculation. Make sure you select the Calculation first. You can also edit a Calculation by double-clicking on it. |
Delete |
This allows you to delete an existing Calculation. Make sure you select the Calculation first. You can also multi-select Calculations to delete them in one go. |
Import |
This allows you to import existing Calculation from some other location or project. A file dialog will open where you can select one or more configuration files to be imported. The files will be copied into the current project. |
Refresh |
This will reload the Calculation files in case you have edited them manually. |
The table below the buttons can be filtered in case you have a lot of Calculations. Just type in any text and the table will be instantly filtered.
The columns in the table have the following meaning:

Description |
---|---|
Type |
This shows either PID or P3D to show whether a Calculation is for P&ID drawings or 3D drawings. |
Class Name |
This shows the Class Name to which the Calculation applies. |
Property Name |
This shows the Property Name which will be calculated. |
Status |
This shows either Active or Disabled, but it can also show an error message. When moving your mouse over the row you will get a tooltip with more details about the error.

Disabled |
This allows you to deactivate or activate Calculation. Multi-selection is not possible. |
