The GREEN refresh button refreshes the tree. This can be necessary if PlantProjectManager doesn't show a drawing right away, because a colleague may just created it.

However, there is an extended Refresh button which will be shown when clicking on the arrow down icon right of the green refresh button.

This Refresh button is called "Refresh AND Recreate". This enforces a recreation if the node text of your drawings in cases where the node text is using a calculated expression (see Document node text). This process may take a while because the node texts of all P&ID, 3D and Ortho Categories are recreated.

You will see progress panels like this one:

If the process has been completed it is recommended, that you switch back to the green regular "Refresh" to avoid a waiting time again.
