If you are planning to use Flange symbols or other connecting symbols (e.g. Couplings or Nipples) with AutoPipe, you can also get Flange Symbols or other connecting symbols automatically added to the Nozzles on Equipment.

PSD_S1_EndType (mandatory when using AutoPipe)

For the Inline Assets and Inline Instruments this property will be filled by Assign Catalog Data when a Part is selected from the Pipe Spec. However, Nozzles in P&ID will not get data from a Pipe Spec.

Therefore, we set the Default Value for the Single Line Nozzle to FL. In this case AutoPipe will later add a Flange symbol opposite the Nozzle.
