Trigger when deleting Segment Breakers

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

This chapter describes the Trigger AttributeFlow when deleting segment breakers option of the AttributeFlow.

Use Cases 0072

If this option isn't enabled, you get the Plant 3D dialog asking you which spec or size property you want to keep when deleting a symbol from the Line Breaker or Reducers class. This dialog only appears if there is a difference between line segments for either spec or size. Nothing else will be checked by Plant 3D.

Use Cases 0074

Let's start with this example with a reducer and different sizes. And of course having the trigger option enabled.

Use Cases 0075

If you delete the reducer PlantSpecDriven will show a dialog showing you more information. Firstly you see the Tags of the two line segments and then the property names and their current value. If other properties are also involved and how different values, you will see them also.

Use Cases 0076

After deleting the reducer you have the expected result. Of course, the second annotation can be deleted now.

Use Cases 0077

The second example uses a spec breaker symbol.

Use Cases 0078

If you delete this, you now see the different specs in the dialog.

Use Cases 0079

And the result is as expected.

Use Cases 0080
